The Osprey™ range of cobalt thermal spray alloys includes:

Self-fluxing cobalt alloys

Self-fluxing cobalt alloy formulations giving a wide compositional variation that will produce coatings with optimum wear resistance. Alloy selection depends upon the application requirements, including wear resistance characteristics and the working environment. The metal powder is supplied to suit all thermal spraying and welding systems.

Non self-fluxing cobalt alloys

Non self-fluxing cobalt alloys formulated to produce high-integrity coatings using plasma and high-velocity thermal spray systems. The alloys are selected to give a wide range of wear resistance properties for abrasion, corrosion and erosion at elevated temperatures.
