We have suggested a couple of powder size distributions for popular L-PBF equipment, based on our experience and access to the equipment available within Sandvik Additive Manufacturing and the BEAMIT Group. For the largest available batch of all our available products we also provide a copy of the certificate of analysis, which includes chemical composition and powder size distribution, as well as physical test data such as apparent- and tap density and flow tests. We recommend you compare the certificate of analysis to your company’s purchase specification.

Yes. Each product is pack in labelled CurTec containers which represent the minimum order which is 5 kg for Ti6Al4V powder, and 10 kg for all other products.

Yes. Each product has a maximum order weight, typically set at 1000kg.

The AM powder products currently available via Osprey® Online are not available for air freight deliveries, as we aim to provide a sustainable solution with efficient ground-based logistics. However, for AM powder products not sold from stock, alternative logistic arrangements can be made directly with the relevant production unit by contacting our customer service team.

The AM powder products available via Osprey® Online are restricted to ground-based transportation within Europe. However, for Ti6Al4V AM powder products and other products currently not in stock, alternative logistic arrangements can be made directly with the relevant production unit. The AM powder products available via Osprey® Online are restricted to ground-based transportation within Europe, using preferred logistics partners to provide a sustainable, high quality delivery performance with competitive freight costs. However, for Ti6Al4V AM powder products and other products currently not in stock, alternative logistic arrangements can be made directly with the relevant production unit.

Yes. The shipping address can be amended – or a new location added – by visiting the Company Account section under Your Account. Please note that each new delivery address undergoes a mandatory check and verification, which may result in a short delay.

Yes. Additional users can be added or removed in the Manage Users section under Your Account.

Yes. We will continuously add more metal powders for additive manufacturing to Osprey^® Online, based on the demand. If there is a specific alloy you would like to see offered online, please feel free to let us know!

We review credit applications for new orders on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, in credit related matters please contact our customer service team, for more information. Including the required credit limit value based on standard terms, over a 30 day period, to cover your order requirements and any credit references or ratings your company has secured i.e. Dun & Bradstreet (D-U-N-S Number).

The recycled contents of our metal powders for AM varies by grade. Stainless steel tends to have a higher recycled content compared to maraging steels, for example.
